Using a microscopic simulation model based on the Monte Carlo method, the study evaluates three traffic scenarios for 2022 and beyond 2025 under different infrastructure development conditions. The results highlight the operational and economic benefits of the proposed lane, including reduced vessel delays and associated congestion costs.
