Therefore, from the analysis of VHF communication, we can understand the current status of marine traffic and VTS's control pattern in VTS area. This study objective is to propose a basic VTS guideline with ship's CPA/TCPA, collision risk, control frequency, and minimum safety distance using analysis of VHF communication.
