The vast and diverse system of waterways and lakes in addition to the tradition of seafaring and maritime history which dates back more than 200 years create the necessary basis for the government which considers it more important to provide graduates with the full education rather than merely to produce 'vocational' specialists. Moreover Ukraine has already made some major steps on the road to Euro integration having taken part in the Bologna process. Therefore it?s not surprising that on 15 January 2005 a new resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was approved. The Odessa National Maritime Academy(ONMA) was the first to visualize it by means of the new-presented system of MET. %@ 2083-6473
